FOOD FOR THOUGHT

There is now a large body of scientific evidence suggesting that food sensitivities may contribute to Depression, Poor Concentration, Lack of Energy, Painful Swellings, Skin Irritations and Lethargy.

As food allergies can irritate the digestive tract the sufferer can also have one or more of the following: Diarrhoea, Constipation, Bloating or Indigestion.

In children, frequent ear, nose and throat infections and dark circles under the eyes are key signs to look for. A constant runny nose is another pointer to food sensitivity.

Stress and how we deal with it can also trigger digestive problems.
